A reservation will be considered confirmed and guaranteed, once the deposit received by the hotel and validated by mail or fax.
Deposit: the deposit shall be 30% of the stay (by check, bank transfer or credit card). For less than 3 days, one night will be required.
Cancellation and refund: Cancellations must always be confirmed by email. Refund of deposit for cancellations received by the hotel at least 15 days before the scheduled date. No refunds for cancellations received by the hotel less than 14 days before the scheduled date. For any shortened stay or delayed arrival reported less than ten days prior to arrival, the entire stay is due.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, checks, credit cards (except "Diners Club" and "American Express").
Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00.
Arrival: Rooms are available at 14:00. Thank you to inform us in case of late arrival.
